Der Service und die Reparatur von Produkten die von Kunden zur Reparatur/Neukonfiguration/Aktualisierung Fehlersuche Ursachenermittlung und Nacharbeit zurckgegeben werden. Sicherstellen dass geeignete Korrekturmanahmen eingefhrt werden um ein erneutes Auftreten von Fehlern zu verhindern.
Hauptaufgaben:
Kundendienst und Support
Reklamationsbearbeitung und Dokumentation
Fehleranalyse
Prfung und Konfiguration von Ersatzgeneratoren und komponenten
Montage von Systemen
Untersttzung und Beratung bei der Nutzung der SpellmanProduktpalette
Ansprechpartner fr technische Serviceanfragen unserer Kunden
Meldung hufig auftretender Fehler an Qualitt und Technik
Retouren und kontaminierte Produkte
Reparatur und Wartung
Beschwerden
Schulung von Kunden und Vertriebspartnern (Servicetechniker)
Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Ersatzteilen
Dokumentation der Serviceaktivitten ggf. auch Anpassung der Produktentstehungsdatei (DHR)
Entscheidung ber Verwertung / Verschrottung von Kundenretouren (Generatoren Platinen Komponenten)
Qualifikation/Erfahrung:
Staatlich geprfter/anerkannter Techniker der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder gleichwertiger/hherer Abschluss
BA Elektrotechnik Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Prffeld in der Entwicklung in der Montage oder im Service
Service Technician
The service and repair of products returned by customers for repair/reconfiguration/updates fault finding root cause and rework. Ensuring appropriate corrective actions are introduced to prevent failure reoccurrences.
Key responsibilities:
Customer service and support
Complaint processing and documentation
Fault analysis
Testing and configuration of replacement generators and components
Assembly of systems
Support and advice on the use of the Spellman product range
Contact person for technical service enquiries from our customers
Reporting of frequently occurring faults to Quality and Engineering
Returns and contaminated products
Repair and maintenance
Complaints
Training of customers and sales partners (service technicians)
Provision and configuration of spare parts
Documentation of service activities where available also adaptation of the product creation file (DHR)
Decision on utilisation / scrapping of customer returns (generators circuit boards components)
Qualification/ experience:
Statecertified/ recognized technician specializing in electrical engineering or equivalent/ higher qualification
BA electrical engineering mechatronics engineer or comparable training
At least 3 years of professional experience in the test field development assembly or service
