Due to exciting growth plans for our Property practice we are now looking for an Associate to join our Sydney office on a fulltime basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience advising Australian multinational and global corporate clients REITs investors developers and other private sector clients on all types of property transactions with a particular focus on infrastructure renewables and transport projects. You will have the ability to work on matters across all Australian jurisdictions with potential broader APAC region exposure. You will also have the opportunity to work with our growing Transactional Services team.
You will be working directly with the team lead for the APAC property practice as well as a special counsel.
You will be an important contributor to the success and growth of the property team with this role providing fantastic career development opportunity.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY

You will need to be a qualified lawyer with 2 to 3 years postqualification experience gained in property law along with the following skills and attributes:

Our Australian property team advises clients across the energy infrastructure financial services technology science and industry sectors on complex multijurisdictional matters including capital transactions leasing major projects due diligence and property development.
The growing Australian property team is part of a wellestablished global property team across the firm and one of the largest property teams in the United Kingdom.
