Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision strategy and roadmap aligning with company objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering to design and deliver technology solutions participating in architecture decisions and helping assess future risks and opportunities.
- Lead modernization initiatives by evaluating legacy systems facilitating build vs. buy decisions piloting new capabilities and crafting phased implementation plans.
- Translate business challenges into clear technical requirements and product features.
- Build consensus on technical approaches that prioritize scalability reliability and maintainability.
- Identify and address implementation risks that could limit innovation or longterm product value.
- Independently drive crossfunctional feature discussions with business stakeholders developers legal finance and others.
- Manage product backlogs prioritize work based on impact and align development efforts with strategic priorities.
- Influence vendor and partner decisions; help stakeholders understand the tradeoffs involved in technology choices.
- Leverage data and key performance indicators to monitor product performance diagnose issues and inform decisionmaking.
- Gather user feedback and iterate to improve product quality and customer experience.
- Contribute to operational planning and drive improvements in product development processes.
- Stay current on industry trends especially in platform modernization payments and enterprise systems.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in product management preferably in enterprise technology SaaS or largescale system integrations.
Experience/Other Requirements
- Strong background in system architecture API integrations and cloudbased product delivery.
- Familiarity with payment systems and pricing platforms.
- Experience modernizing legacy systems and driving largescale digital transformation.
- Comfortable translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with a datainformed approach to decisionmaking.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and crossfunctional team collaboration.
- Skilled in preparing product artifacts such as user stories process flows and functional specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Visio) and other collaboration tools.
Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
