Account Manager (Hybrid Middle River MD)
Location: Middle River MD Hybrid (Office & FieldBased)

Compensation: $65000$75000 depending on experience
We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Account Manager to join our team! If you thrive in a fastpaced environment enjoy building strong client relationships and are passionate about delivering exceptional service we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
- Be the Voice of the company: Respond to inbound calls and marketinggenerated leads with professionalism and urgency.
- Own the Customer Experience: Manage multiple diverse accounts ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction across both private and government clients.
- Drive Project Success: Collaborate with clients to define project goals scope and success metrics. Track progress and ensure quality from start to finish.
- Leverage CRM Tools: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions preferences and feedback using our CRM system.
- Estimate & Coordinate: Prepare service estimates and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to deliver seamless project execution.
- Travel with Purpose: Visit client sites across MD/VA/DC as needed to strengthen relationships and oversee project milestones.
- Support & Train: Provide training on our customer portal and support clients in navigating our services.
- Ensure Quality: Monitor project performance review reports and uphold high standards of service delivery.
- Grow with Us: Participate in industry associations training programs and pursue NICET I or II certification to enhance your expertise.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple accounts or projects
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project coordination
- Willingness to travel regionally (MD/VA/DC)
- Interest in life safety systems inspections and service projects
- A proactive customerfirst mindset
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role based out of our Middle River MD office with a mix of inoffice collaboration remote flexibility and field visits to client sites.
