- Communicate effectively with customers management and dispatch.
- Provide detailed estimates and complete jobs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean workspace and report faulty equipment.
- Operate and care for equipment according to standards.
- Follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems circuits wiring and safety procedures (Minimum 2 years of experience)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina for physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours/schedules including occasional oncall nights holidays and weekends.
- Good interpersonal relations actively listening and responding to the public other employees and supervisors.
- Communicate in a serviceoriented and respectful manner.
- Problemsolving skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Complex problemsolving judgment and decisionmaking.
- Willingness to adapt learn and apply knowledge.
- Repairing and installing electrical equipment circuitry etc.
- Depending on experience our average Installer makes between $60000 to $80000 annually with top performers averaging over $85000 annually. You will have uncapped earning potential!
