Part of Strategic Sales and Analytics organization this position focuses on driving analytics and strategic support to the SS&A Category Lead and providing proactive business insights. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling sales performance insights serve as the expert on category performance market trends competitors performance monitoring for assigned subcategories and ensure the category is set to meet benchmarks at every account with each product. This is an excellent position for a highly motivated team member who likes to work in a fastpaced environment and data driven atmosphere.

Data Analysis:

• Drive actions through quantitative and qualitative data analysis to ensure winning at each subcategory.
• Be the expert on data and insight internally generate and present actionable insights on pricing promotional impacts positioning competitive landscape and market needs to develop comprehensive strategies.
• Conduct financial modelling including variance analysis and trend analysis to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage delivery of daily weekly monthly deliverables reporting on the health of the category.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in performance reporting and analysis by maintaining robust data governance processes and controls.
• Conduct adhoc data analysis as needed to support decisionmaking and address business inquiries.

Reporting and Dashboard Development:

• Work closely with the data analytics teams to build and distribute regular reports and dashboards
• Drive presentations to communicate financial performance and key insights to senior management and key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to streamline reporting processes and enhance visibility into key performance metrics

Strategy Development:

• Support building the category strategy and plans to win including product assortment pricing and promotional activities
• Identify category gaps/opportunities craft sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate SharkNinja from competitors helping to increase distribution space and displays.
• Set clear targets and beacon across KPIs and track against them to ensure continuous growth

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate crossfunctionally with finance accounting operations and other departments to gather data understand business drivers and support decisionmaking.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders through presentations reports and meetings.

What Youll Bring:

• Preferred bachelors degree in finance accounting Business Administration or related field
• Genuine desire to learn about commercial/category management and grow into the role
• Ability to spot the smoke identify problems and analyse root causes to develop effective solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial data identify trends and draw insights to drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g. Excel PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
