Note: This position requires employees to be on a hybrid schedule at the Irvine CA office.
Note:Salary: $120000 $170000 base with total earnings of $150000 $230000 including bonuses.

Job DescriptionThe Associate Attorney will handle workers compensation cases on the plaintiff side focusing on securing settlements and advocating for injured workers. Key responsibilities include:
- Representing injured workers in workers compensation claims from start to finish.
- Managing a caseload that includes settlement negotiations and some litigation.
- Drafting legal documents such as motions petitions and discovery.
- Appearing at hearings and depositions before the Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).
- Working with medical and vocational experts to strengthen client cases.
- Keeping clients informed about case progress and legal strategies.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- 1 years of experience in workers compensation law (plaintiff or defense).
- Strong litigation skills with the ability to negotiate and draft legal documents effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Clientfocused mindset with strong communication skills.
- A genuine passion for advocating for injured workers.
