Job Summary:
Provide students with tutoring instruction and resources for the offered math curriculum. Assist faculty staff and students with the resources available in the Math Lab. Communicate with faculty staff students and members of the community to provide information about the Math Lab to stay current with the curriculum offered and to obtain supplemental resources.Required Qualifications:

Sedentary Work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally a negligible amount of force frequently and/or constantly having to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Positions in this class typically include talking hearing seeing grasping standing walking and repetitive motions plus stooping kneeling crouching and reaching. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Little physical effort required.
Requirements
LEVEL II $20.24 hourly (Grade HR208)
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in mathematics or a directly related field. One year of tutoring and/or teaching experience.
LEVEL III $21.45 hourly (Grade HR209)
Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution in mathematics or a directly related field. One year of tutoring and/or teaching experience.
This position is generally limited to working a maximum of 19.5 hours per week. (Maximum hours for employees with more than one parttime position at Collin College may vary.)
