JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Education Abroad office located within Penn State Global at University Park is the primary administrative office facilitating education abroad opportunities at all Penn State campuses.
Education Abroad professionals manage semester and yearlong summer facultyled embedded and internship programs inclusive of recruitment advising record keeping in addition to a wide array of financial and administrative duties.
Job Description and Position Requirements
The Education Abroad office is seeking a parttime employee to begin working in our office as soon as possible. The individual for this role will assist our Education Abroad Academic Services team.
Job Duties
Primary responsibilities may include:
- Conduct administrative tasks and general office duties like document scanning and filing.
- Organize and maintain data in spreadsheets.
- Complete additional projects assigned by their supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
A successful applicant will possess
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Excel
- Comfort with using digital modes of communication like Teams or Zoom
- Ability to work and solve problems independently
This is an inoffice position based at Innovation Park in State College PA
Details: $15/hour; up to 20 hours per week.
