Job Description

What Your Day Will Look Like:

You will be able to apply your technical skills to provide technical leadership and development and develop creative Stuctural Assessment solutions and programs throughout Consor. You will be able to build a team of professionals to perform the work and refine your leadership abilities. You will work with talented professionals in an open and friendly work environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged and hard work is rewarded.

What Youll Do:

    • Provide support to Consor business leaders and Project Managers to support business development pursuits and the execution of projects by providing technical advice and assistance staffing recommendations quality reviews and serve as a point of contact for relevant resources and reference material related to their area of expertise.
    • Serves as the point person for those seeking information about the respective subject matter and is responsive to inquiries including through delegation.
    • Stays abreast of trends technologies competitor differentiators and the movement and position (titles) of professionals within the respective area of expertise.
    • Coordinates with Marketing and Business Development to develop strategies for increasing market share to include R&D opportunities pilot studies third party technology validation testing and adoption and implementation of new technologies and approaches.
    • Participates in key teaming/partnering discussions and decisions.
    • Writes and reviews sections of proposals technical memoranda and reports.
    • Actively engaged in relevant professional associations through committee work authorship of articles papers and presentations and board positions.
    • Coordinates with Operations staff to assist with workload balancing and assigning personnel of the appropriate skill level and experience to projects regardless of location.

What Youll Need:

  • Understands and supports the overall direction/vision of the firm.
  • Demonstrated thought leader and subject matter expert with at least 12 years of experience.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in civil environmentalor related field for subject matter area.
  • Ability to develop and implement technical and business development strategies in coordination with company strategies.
  • Understand the business principles of our firm (project delivery financial performance business development needs).
  • Demonstrates an overall Employee First culture where company leaders take care of their staff
  • Ability to lead manage mentor and oversee staff development
  • Ability to balance duties between management delivery and business development
