Job Description
ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR
JOB SUMMARY:
TH Plastics Inc. is a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green Ohio Molding Division.
JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for supervising hourly employees and that production needs are met.

SCHEDULE:
- 1st Shift
- Monday Friday
- 6:00am 3:00pm
- Some overtime required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 or more years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Regular onsite attendance
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(The following list does not include all duties and responsibilities)
- Review work orders and schedule assembly operators to work stations to meet production needs
- Communicate with supervisors from previous shift to receive important job information
- Detect and report defective material or questionable conditions to managers
- Handle personnel issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary action
- Complete shift reports attendance reports and post production schedules
- Give job assignments to material handlers
- Ensure operators maintain safety while working and report unsafe conditions to managers
- Assist with startups
- Supervise assembly operators and ensure efficiency and scrap goals are being met
- All other related duties as assigned
