For this Sales Estimator role a deep familiarity with Tampas building code regulations and client base is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints specifications proposals and other documentation to prepare time cost and labor estimates for products projects or services.
- Present estimates and conduct costbenefit analyses for clients.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of market trends pricing and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with contractors architects clients suppliers and subcontractors.
- Adjust and refine estimates considering raw material costs production times and labor expenses.
- Track and report on any changes that can affect costs and recommend budget adjustments.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years in a commercial roofing estimator role.
- Familiarity with TPO PVC Builtup systems and modified bitumen.
- Indepth knowledge of Tampas building code regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant estimating software.
