In your role as aReceptionist you will create a worldclass automotive retail experience by being the first contact to greet guests over the phone or in person. You will primarily answer a multiline telephone system and greet guests in a timely pleasant and professional manner and provide assistance to other departments as needed.
What youll be working on:
- Greet visitors determine their needs and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
- Provide necessary information to guests
- Deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions
- Oversee the visitor signin and security process
- Assist various departments with special projects as needed
What you need to bring to the table:
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
- Motivated selfstarter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
- Commitment to an excellent guest experience on the phone/email and in the store
- Strong technical aptitude and ability
- Must be punctual with solid timemanagement skills
Salary:$17.95$30.00/hour
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
