Job Description

July 831 Tuesday Wednesday Thursday8:00am 12:00 pmPosition Description:GOAL: Gr. 912 MLL Beyond the Bell Teacher is responsible for overseeing and supporting English Language Learner students in grades 912 participating in the Unit Recovery Program at Middletown High School Monday through Thursday from July 8th August 1st 2024 from 8am 11am in the areas of Science Math English and History/Social Studies. The ELL Summer Recovery Teacher will perform a variety of specialized and responsible tasks in support of the Unit Recovery Program. These conditions will include:Supporting students academic needs while monitoring their exclusive records of student progress utilizing various assessments and progress monitoring tools within the Edmentum Courseware program. Teachers are likewise responsible for establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with administrators teachers students and parents. Teachers will set up and maintain Google Classroom take daily attendance and report to the Coordinator as well as Monitor Edmentum Courseware student progress. Training will be provided for the Edmentum Courseware.
