We are looking for a Intermediate Oracle Solutions Architect to join our team offering expert support analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes related to the subject matter. As a technical expert on executivelevel project teams you will provide strategic direction interpretation and innovative alternatives applying advanced technical principles theories and concepts.
This position is located in USA VA Fort Belvoir USAVAFOR1.
Develops and maintains the DAI technical infrastructure and architecture ensuring alignment with application functional requirements.
Provides sustainment support to resolve key technical issues and ensure integration of all technical components.
Follows and improves plans and tasks related to platform performance dependability security disaster recovery and operational readiness.
Conducts hardware sizing system performance tuning and upgradeability reviews to advise on the DAI technical architecture baseline.
Will liaise with functional and interface experts to ensure no impact on system performance and coordinate with Oracles Support service to resolve issues.
Provides Ad Hoc Reports on technical recommendations for future releases and capabilities.
Develops and maintain a highlevel Oracle EBS strategy and roadmap to sustain current and planned user load.
Develops options and provide recommendations based on emerging technical requirements for optimal system performance.
Expands and integrate new technology insertions to ensure optimal DAI system design.
Directs the application and enforcement of DoD STIGs and IA policies across various application and database systems.
Manages the deployment and upkeep of webbased applications on both Windows and Linux/UNIX platforms.
Develops and sustains detailed documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) risk assessments and configuration baselines.
Ensures data integrity security and availability by implementing best practices and disaster recovery (COOP) plans.
Administers and troubleshoots Oracle EBS Financial ERP Oracle Database Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Single SignOn (SSO)/Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Hyperion Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) software Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) and Oracle Governance
Implements Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) Active Dataguard Golden Gate and database performance tuning within the Oracle EBS environment. Provides technical writing to ensure all reports and deliverables are delivered with timeliness and quality to the government.
Clearance: Top Secret Required
Must have 7 years of experience supporting Oracle database and middleware environments.
Must have previous experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.
Must have deep knowledge of Oracle database architecture Oracle Data Integrator Oracle Enterprise Data Quality and associated middleware platforms.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired qualifications/nonessential skills required:
One of the following certifications: IATII security certification: CCNA Security CySA GICSP GSEC Security CE CND SSCP CASP CE CCNP Security CISA CISSP CISSA GCED GCIH or CCSP
DFARS 252.Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification.
One of the following certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations 2020 Certified Associate Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer I Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Essentials (OEM 12c) Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) 12c R1: Fundamentals Oracle Planning 202x Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Oracle Identity Governance 12c: Essentials.
