Faculty Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner Diploma
Masters or Doctorate in Nursing Science
Current registration and license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
35 years of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary health care.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in clinical supervision of Nurse Practitioner students
Expertise in teaching at the graduate (Masters) level
Important Note:
The selected candidate must be available to teach both the theory and clinical components of the course. Therefore applicants must apply to both corresponding postings.
Additional Comments for posting:
The theory portion of the course includes preparation delivery of seminars and exam invigilation. Course content is hosted on the NP Network. Seminars are delivered in person on campus.
Enrollment numbers may vary.
The selected instructor must also be available for orientation in midAugust.
