This position will be responsible for successfully overseeing and executing the launch process for new products and services into the marketplace. As a launch manager job duties include: collaborating transversely across Product Management Sales Customer Success and Marketing teams to plan a structured go to market process implement that plan and analyze results to improve future launches.
This role is based at our McLean VA location. Appian was built on a culture of inperson collaboration which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. To be successful in this role you need to:
Possess strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to draw clarity out of complex and everchanging environments.
Have a strong project management background likely as a former product manager program manager or member of a PMO.
Combine creative thinking and analytics to develop a sophisticated understanding of Appians business.
Have solid organizational skills be strategic in your thought processes and structured in your execution.
Basic Qualifications:
B.S. in Business Administration Marketing or Computer Science
02 years of project management product management or product marketing experience
Advanced skills with productivity software including the Microsoft Office or Google suite
