Job Description

Lowell Catholic provides a safe caring environment where students in grades Preschool 12 from over 30 local communities and eleven different nations create a community of learners who in accordance with our mission excel prepare and live. The Executive Administrative Assistant supports the Head of School of Lowell Catholic. As the first representative of the administration it is imperative that they represent the administration in a personable and professional manner. This professional is under the direct supervision of the Head of School and ensures that the affairs of the school run effectively and administrative support for the Head of School including organizing and maintaining files maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings making travel arrangements and meeting and event office support at times to the rest of the business administration agendas meeting notes and other materials and administrative documentation as with the preparation and distribution of correspondence presentations and related discreet managing of all matters in a confidential mannerScreen telephone calls/take messages for the Head of SchoolProvide backup support for Main Office Receptionists if necessaryManage resume files/Coordinate and setup interviews when necessaryPrepare Board of Trustees Meetings with the Head of School and be present for the meetings to take staff folders for new school yearSupport schools handbook with revisions and collationAssist with the organization of job descriptions and organizational chartsAssist on special projects as requiredSupport Administrators written correspondence and documents as events that are connected to the Head of School Office as necessaryAssist Head of School with the Ryken Leader Program as neededOther responsibilities as assigned by the Head of School.
