Locally crafted flowers for fair and honest prices across locations in Chicago Milwaukee Detroit as well as overnight shipping to most of the Great Lakes region. Were looking for an experienced sales consultant with expertise in weddings and events. This proven salesperson would be responsible for quoting inspiring and booking beautiful wedding decor for clients with our production team. The position is based in Detroit with onsite work on peak weekends and 12 days/week remote flexibility on weekdays. Compensation (salary commissions and bonus) commensurate with experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Quoting consulting and selling floral to brides grooms & planners.
  • Create edit and own your clients wedding proposal recipe curate and production notes
  • Venue communication and walkthroughs.
  • Timely and efficient communication with clients.
  • Management of client pipeline in company CRM & recipe software.
  • Assistance with instudio floral design marketing events & installations.
  • Maintain and surpass quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years experience in wedding/event sales with natural affinity for design.
  • Must have a book of business venue or planner contacts.
  • Peopleperson with excellent communication skills & positive demeanor.
  • Comfortable in a teambased environment.
  • Knowledge of flowers design techniques and industry trends.
  • Ability to work peak season weekends & key floral holidays.
  • Ability to conduct urgency with orders and bookings.
  • Shared aesthetic preferences & values with Flowers for Dreams brand.
