Due to continuous growth RTO National is currently recruiting a Customer Success Specialist.

The Customer Success Specialists primary goal is to ensure comprehensive communication of product terms and conditions while facilitating a clear understanding of the payment process all while maximizing the retrievability potential of all product lines. This individual will be dedicated to managing sales leads while primarily focusing on converting those leads into actual sales through crossselling and offering tailored solutions based on the customers needs. This person will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and will aim to contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by fostering strong client relationships and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.


The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be able to take a proactive measures to convert leads into sales.
  • Implement crossselling techniques to explore additional product offerings with customers.
  • Possess the ability to identify opportunities to present complimentary products that align with customer needs.
  • Offer personalized and tailored solutions to customers based on their specific needs and requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering strong and lasting relationships with customers at every interaction.
  • Address customer inquiries concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to drive sales in order to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Help the Sales Center Managers and Associates execute local store marketing plans to drive year over years sales growth.

What you need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions solve problems and provide results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and within deadlines.
  • Experience in sales leadership teams or similar role in a call center environment.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish required to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
