Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for passionate Client Care Associate at our branch in Market Harborough and are seeking that special someone who enjoys helping people to join our team. The hours are fulltime and can be spread over 4 or 5 days.

The Client Care Associates play a pivotal role within our team. They are responsible for the day to day running of our busy reception area providing a firstclass service to our clients and supporting our clinical role will not only give you the opportunity to develop your customer care skills in addition to this we will support and develop you with CPD programs to enhance your skills and capability as we believe in career development for all our associates.

Did we mention you also get the chance to cuddle the patients too!

  • Passionate about customer care ideally with a strong customer service background
  • Ability to communicate with clients either face to face over the telephone or our online portal
  • Attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
  • Empathetic approachable friendly with a positive attitude

Rutland Veterinary Centre is a first opinion veterinary practice with 5 branches and a hospital in the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in offering onsite emergency care 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Our dedicated team of clinical and nonclinical staff provide high standards of care to our patients and our clients.

We support many local pet charities and are heavily involved in the local community.

  • 40 hours plus 1:3 Saturdays. Hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days.
