Job Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Experienced)
Location: Wakefield West Yorkshire
Salary:per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Fulltime Permanent
Exciting Opportunity with a Growing Clinical Negligence Team in West Yorkshire
Our client a highly regarded regional law firm with a strong reputation for its specialist litigation services is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team in Wakefield (the team are open to other office locations please contact me about this).
The role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled solicitor to work within a wellsupported and growing department handling a broad range of highquality claimant clinical negligence matters.
The successful candidate will be part of a progressive and supportive firm that values technical expertise client service and a healthy worklife balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of clinical negligence files from inception to resolution
Investigating claims involving surgical errors misdiagnosis delayed treatment birth injuries and other areas of medical negligence
Drafting legal documents and correspondence instructing medical experts and preparing cases for negotiation or litigation
Liaising with clients experts and counsel throughout the litigation process
Participating in business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A minimum of 4 years PQE in clinical negligence
Strong experience in handling complex and sensitive claimant cases
Excellent client care analytical and communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
A professional and proactive approach to managing files and meeting deadlines
