Experience required:
Purpose:
The role is to manage stakeholder relationship ensure the HR strategies are cascade into the business HR operations efficiency is managed employee wellbeing is taken care and overall the productivity system of the organization is working well. To make sure that all the employee welfare activities are handled efficiently. All the admin activities across all 3 plants will be taken care by the incumbent in this role.
