Job Description
Viking provides roadside assistance services in Norway Sweden Denmark and Finland. Additionally we assist drivers throughout Europe via our network and international partners. We ensure the efficient and safe mobility of vehicles passengers no matter where the breakdown occurs. We assist in Norwegian Swedish Finnish Danish and English languages.
We are now looking for a Assistance and Insurance Specialist for our Travel Care business. You will among other things:
- Train our staff in insurance conditions travel insurance principles as well as assistance processes and case handling (calls tasks cases SLAs and KPIs)
- Supervise and run the daily operations
- Execute on quality processes in the daily operations suggest improvements and complaints handling
- Function as a contact person towards certain customer and stakeholders including insurance companies and corporate customers

As a customer service consultant you will work as part of a larger team that helps and supports each other when needed. To accomplish this task you will work in various systems to solve the challenges as effectively as possible. Additionally you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with various questions related to roadside assistance.
