Job Description
Seeking Paint Shop Custodial Supervisor for automotive manufacturing facility in Louisville KY.
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Salary is $55000 per year
- Night shift (WednesdaySaturday 6:00PM 6:00AM) The candidate will be spending a minimum of 2 weeks on dayshift for training
- Oversee daily custodial operations within the paint shop to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of custodial staff including training scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and order new materials as needed.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure thorough cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies regarding cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facility to identify areas for improvement.
- Address staff concerns and provide feedback to promote a positive work atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the cleanliness supports the production and operations efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and supplies.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a custodial management or supervisory role is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations pertinent to the custodial industry.
