Job Description
- Extensive experience in designing and building robust Drupal websites including custom module and theme development. Proven ability to architect complex sites including partially decoupled implementations with a focus on frontend performance and scalability. Well versed with how Drupal caching (varnish Memcached DPC) works.
- DevOps Expertise: Demonstrated experience in server administration including platforms like Linux and familiarity with cloud hosting environments such as AWS Azure and Acquia. A strong understanding of development processes and a drive for continuous improvement.
Performance Measurement & Improvement: Proven ability to measure website performance using relevant tools and methodologies identify bottlenecks and recommend and implement effective improvements.
- A strong problemsolver with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Knowledge of the latest Drupal trends and technologies.
- Exceptional documentation skills including creating website maintenance instructions and contributions to the Drupal community documentation.
- Prior experience in other web development using Java SQL is a plus.
