Eye Care Marketing & Communications
Contractor Job Description
6 month contract
Min. 25hrs/ week job
The Eye Care marketing and communications team is looking for a candidate to provide support in the following areas:
- Reporting and analytics: Must be proficient with Excel Google analytics and Adobe Analytics and be able to interpret data.
- Presentation development: Able to build PowerPoint slides and other presentations as needed.
- Asset management: Maintain monthly brand updates of creative digital tool kit.
- Writing support for emails and newsletters: Attention to detail in supporting different brands and doctor affiliations.
- Graphic design and video support: Basic knowledge of creative platforms and applications.
- Podcast support: Help in the creation of the eye care podcast; content preparation and production needs.
- Meeting notes and recaps: Manage meeting notes and follow ups.
Requirements:
- In office at least 1x per week
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Microsoft Office (Teams Word PowerPoint Excel)
- Adobe Creative Suite
