We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of internal and external communication strategies ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. This role is essential in helping Captura Hall maintain a strong voice in the industry while supporting our partners and team communications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication plans and messaging strategies
Draft and edit press releases newsletters memos and reports
Coordinate with internal departments to gather accurate information and updates
Assist with the planning and execution of events presentations and campaigns
Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics
Maintain brand consistency in all written materials and communications
Serve as liaison with media outlets partners and vendors as needed
Manage schedules timelines and deliverables for communication initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
13 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role
Strong writing editing and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of communication tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
