Job Description:
ESO Consultants is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) specializing in Emergency Room (ER)
care to join Rochester General Hospital. This fastpaced role requires strong clinical
judgment emergency care expertise and adaptability to a day/night rotation schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
and nbsp;Provide direct patient care in a highacuity Emergency Room setting
and nbsp;Assess triage and treat patients with a wide range of acute conditions
and nbsp;Administer medications and emergency interventions as needed
and nbsp;Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients
and nbsp;Document patient assessments and treatments using Epic charting system
and nbsp;Maintain a calm and efficient approach in highstress situations
Requirements:
and nbsp;Active NY RN license (must be in hand at the time of application)
and nbsp;Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room (ER) experience preferred
and nbsp;No local candidates (must reside at least 75 miles from Rochester NY)
