Job Title: Computer Operator
Description:
A Computer Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling computer systems ensuring they are running efficiently. They handle routine maintenance tasks troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor computer systems to ensure they are operating efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups and software updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Provide technical support to users experiencing problems with their systems.
- Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
