You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4 5 years of relevant experience in customer success client services or account management with a strong ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships. This role requires working during night shifts to support our international clients ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring timely and professional communication.
Understand client needs and business objectives to ensure product adoption and satisfaction.
Handle client queries troubleshoot issues and provide prompt resolutions to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering Support and Operations) to address customer feedback and improve services.
Track key account metrics (e.g. customer satisfaction scores retention rates product usage).
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
Prepare and present regular reports on customer status feedback and improvement opportunities.
Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth transitions and understanding of services.
