Job Description
Do you want to take ownership of quality in a growing hightech company shaping the future of smart energy We are looking for a handson and forwardthinking Quality Manager (f/m/d) to lead and continuously improve our product quality regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 27001
- Ensure product compliance with German calibration law (Eichrecht) PTB and IEC standards (e.g. IEC 62052/62053)
- Lead internal and external audits aiming for high audit success and minimal nonconformities
- Work closely with R&D to embed quality into product design and reduce postlaunch defects
- Cooperate with external certification bodies (e.g. PTB NMI T V) to accelerate timetomarket
- Manage root cause analysis (RCA) and drive CAPA processes with a focus on timely closure and measurable outcomes
- Support customer service with the analysis of field complaints and performance data
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement delivering quantifiable results in product and process quality
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Quality Management or a related field
- 5 years of experience in quality management for complex or highvolume products
- Proven knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 27001 is highly valued
- Strong understanding of calibration laws electronic test methods and certification processes
- Proactive mindset with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Based in the Berlin/Brandenburg area or open to relocation
