This is a pivotal role where youll take the reins on everything from precommissioning through to startup. Reporting to the Project Director youll be the glue that brings together our project team contractors and operations whnau ensuring everything runs smoothly safely and to plan.
Youll be crafting and executing detailed commissioning strategies managing risk and ensuring quality every step of the way. From energising systems to leading daily standups and reporting to senior leadership youll be at the heart of a project thats shaping the future of renewable energy in Aotearoa. If you thrive in complex environments love solving problems and want to make a real impact this could be your next big move.

Youre someone who brings both technical depth and people smarts to the table. Ideally youve got 15 years of project site experience under your belt including handson commissioning work and if youve worked with geothermal systems even better. You know your way around mechanical electrical and I&C systems and youre confident leading commissioning activities from planning through to execution.
But more than your CV were looking for someone whos calm under pressure collaborative by nature and thrives in a fastpaced everevolving environment. Youre a clear communicator a natural organiser and someone who can bring people together to get things done. If youve got a knack for thinking outside the box a strong safety mindset and a passion for renewable energy wed love to krero. Even if you dont tick every box if this role excites you apply anyway.
