We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Communications Coordinator to support and enhance our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing company messaging coordinating communications projects and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners. This role requires excellent writing organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external communications initiatives
Draft proofread and edit company materials including press releases internal memos newsletters and reports
Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent messaging across departments
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies
Organize and maintain communications documentation and project timelines
Liaise with external vendors media contacts and partners as needed
Support communication planning for events meetings and company announcements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Experience in corporate communications is a plus
