Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team in Dallas. This position involves direct interaction with clients managing service inquiries and supporting account processes to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detailoriented solutiondriven and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requests efficiently
Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting account management processes
Follow up on client issues and ensure timely resolution
Prepare and review client documentation and reports
Contribute to process improvements and service delivery enhancements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
13 years of experience in client services customer support or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction
