We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Kansas MO. In this role you will be responsible for developing coordinating and executing advertising campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. You will work closely with our internal creative team and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement advertising strategies tailored to client goals and market trends
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad content across various platforms (print broadcast etc.)
Manage and monitor advertising budgets schedules and performance metrics
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning
Present campaign ideas and reports to clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with advertising standards and brand requirements
Adjust campaigns as needed based on performance and client feedback
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in advertising or a similar role
Strong understanding of traditional advertising channels (print TV radio etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
