Job Description
Are you detailoriented proactive and looking for a meaningful parttime opportunityThe Mesothelioma Center at () is the industry leader for patient advocacyseeking aShipping Coordinator to play a vital role in delivering comfort and resources to patients and loved ones impacted by asbestosrelated diseases.
This onsite position ensures our care packages and materials are prepared and shipped with precision and care.
Schedule:
Monday Friday 2:00 PM 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and ship standard and custom packets based on requests from the Patient Advocate team.
- Use Salesforce and Slack to receive and manage daily shipping tasks.
- Coordinate package dropoffs with USPS and FedEx before pickup times.
- Ship booth supplies for conferences and events.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials shipping supplies and administrative stock.
- Document shipments troubleshoot returns and report workflow issues to leadership.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve packetrelated issues and ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee budgetrelated tasks for shipping logistics and materials with the Project Manager.
- Tackle additional projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director.
- 1 year of office experiencewith increased responsibility.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. copiers printers) and mail carriers like USPS FedEx and UPS.
- Physical capability to lift and move objects up to30 lbsand stand for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
- Integrity and a strong commitment to quality.
- Certified Notary.
- Previous experience in a mailroom or with large teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems.
