Main Responsibilities
- Acting as central point of contact for your clients identifying and anticipating potential areas of concerns and providing appropriate solutions to their requests.
- Utilising your excellent organisational skills and sound judgment to meet and exceed client expectations address their service needs and meet their deadlines.
- Be accountable to all operational areas of your accounts primarily administration. You will manage a team that deals with the corporate life of legal entities (review of board packs coordination of board shareholder meetings and filing the mandatory requisitions with the trade register) as well as the client onboarding process (incorporations drafting service agreements opening bank accounts managing AML compliance process).
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including the Securitization Act 2004 and transaction documentations
- Be responsible for the review and accuracy client reporting requirements perform quality reviews of client reports and serve as a high authority contact in addressing daytoday queries of your team and the client.
- Work with and other jurisdictional teams.
- Be added to the client entity Directorship/Manager Boards.
- Raising of client invoices and tracking of aged debtors
- Actively participate in the implementation of business plans identifying business opportunities and developments and promoting business growth.
- Be involved in client proposals and pitches fee quotes negotiations and reviews of client satisfactory ratings.
- Lead and proactively participate in the development and implementation of systems and procedures and administration IT processes ensuring that they meet business client and team needs.

Qualifications :
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years or more relevant experience in the Capital Markets comprising of debt structure and securitization vehicles in particular in compliance & corporate matters
- AML knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding and technical knowledge of administration and KnowYourCustomer obligations
- Good organisational and time management skills ability to take responsibility for the completion of tasks while staying alert to potential issues that need to be disclosed to the Head of
- Professional manner demonstrating good interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to clients needs; ability to communicate efficiently and in a manner suitable to the client being addressed
- Ability to draft and review legal documents and agreements on the basis of Ocorian templates
- Diligence and care in all aspects of the job in particular with regard to client data and the maintenance of KYC files and records
- Problem solving being able to review the situation and determine an alternative course of action to achieve the desired goal
- An interest in financial services/working more particularly debt structures
- The ability to work independently
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Methodical and accurate approach with an eye for detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Fluency in English (written and oral) with any other language being considered as an advantage
