Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organizations website by adding and updating engaging content across multiple languages. This includes managing regular pages landing pages images documents and videos. The role also provides support for related initiatives such as search engine optimization (SEO) and AIdriven optimization projects contributing to the overall effectiveness and visibility of the companys digital presence.

- Build highquality web pages and landing pages for campaigns.
- Add relevant content such as videos white papers images and documents to our website at .
- Assist in enriching the content on our website to support SEO.
- Create internal links and other linkbuilding activities to support SEO.
- Explore and apply new opportunities to improve our visibility in AI tools.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute content posting to our website. Your work will prioritize user experience and adhere to SEO principles.
- Support the Marketing team with data insights on overall performance of the website (and other digital programs).
- Coordinate translations of website content by working together with our inhouse translators to manage translations across our 4 core languages: English Dutch German and French (you do not need to translate these yourself).
- Ensure quality of translated marketing materials working with reviewers to sign off translated copy before it is published.
- Support field marketers in translation of campaign assets where appropriate.
- Support regional events by reviewing cleansing and updating contact lists from events.
- Run reports of existing campaigns for reporting purposes (Google Analytics Acton/HubSpot and LinkedIn).
- Support with optin and optout processes in our CRM based on GDPR legislation
- Evaluate current UTM tooling and think of longterm strategy of UTM tagging and reporting process.
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on online content management
- English language fluency is required.
- Strong attention to detail creativity and an ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems is a plus.
- Experience working in HubSpot is a plus
- Higher Professional Education or University degree in Digital Marketing Business Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
