Job Description
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator Digital Delivery to join our innovative team in Bangalore India. In this role you will coordinate our Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities and digital delivery across our design and construction projects.
- Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements
- Coordinate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes
- Establish and maintain BIM standards protocols and best practices
- Liaise with clients contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Analyze and optimize BIM workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in digital design and construction
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIMrelated issues
- Prepare and deliver BIM training programs for staff and project teams
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field
- BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating largescale design or construction projects using BIM
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software particularly ACC Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools
- Indepth understanding of BIM standards best practices and digital design and construction workflows
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment
- Experience with digital delivery implementation in design and construction projects
- Automation & Dashboarding skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in UAE & KSA is advantageous
