Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer (Roads/ Wet & Dry Utilites) specialising in Infrastructure to join our team in Bengaluru India. In this role you will be responsible for creating and managing roads wet & dry utilities design drawing & Civil 3D BIM Models for various infrastructure projects ensuring efficient design processes and highquality deliverables.
- Proficient enough in handling Civil 3D for Roadway related deliverables
- Proficient enough in handling Civil 3D (Pipe networks Gravity & Pressure Networks) for Wet & Dry utilities related deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects using industrystandard software
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design elements into cohesive BIM models
- Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements standards and best practices
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment
- Generate accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from BIM models
- Prepare highquality visualisations and renderings for client presentations
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows and standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIMrelated issues
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/ Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience in BIM (Roads/ Wet & Dry Utilites) for infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks and Revit
- Strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills
- Indepth knowledge of infrastructure design principles and construction processes
- Familiarity with CAD software and ability to work with 2D drawings
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk certifications) preferred
- Demonstrated experience in applying BIM standards and best practices
- Familiar with infrastructure projects in Middle East region
