CyberArk is looking for a Manager Solutions Engineering for our Brazil team. This individual is passionate about nurturing their team and advancing the craft of Solutions Engineering with our Brazilian customers. They will work closely with sales leadership and guide their Solutions Engineers team to drive deals and build longlasting strategic customer relationships. They will focus on developing their team members into highperforming trusted advisors who navigate complex customer challenges. The SE Manager will be looked upon for deep technical expertise and strategic business insight serving as a role model for blending technical and business acumen.
Solutions Engineers at CyberArk work in close partnership with the sales organization responsible for positioning the value of CyberArk products through tailored demonstrations presentations strategic meetings and technical engagements (POCs POVs etc.). They dont just support the sales process they act as technical leaders proactively engaging customers to understand their longterm objectives enabling them to maximize the value of CyberArk solutions. SEs are seen as trusted advisors building strong technical relationships and credibility while leading discussions on industry trends challenges and innovations particularly in identity security areas for humans AI and machine identities.
Responsibilities
- Using your indepth understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and solutions engineering process coach/lead your team to grow exceptional Solutions Engineers.
- Build meaningful relationships with sales and sales leadership at the district and regional levels.
- Develop strong crossfunctional relationships to support your team as they work with customers in pre or postsales conversations and engagements.
- Act as an escalation path for presentations or technical engagements. Use your experience to position CyberArks value and differentiators to acquire the business and technical win.
- Inspire your SEs to relentlessly pursue customer satisfaction and represent the CyberArk brand.
- Conduct frequent manager calls to assess the status of deals in flight and align with Sales Leadership to track progress toward the goal.
- Play a key role in engaging with CyberArks partner ecosystem fostering strong technical relationships and ensuring alignment on joint value propositions
- Serve as a key escalation point for internal activities providing guidance and support to Solutions Engineers in navigating complex technical or strategic challenges. They will work crossfunctionally with sales product support and services teams to remove roadblocks resolve issues efficiently and ensure alignment across all stakeholders helping maintain momentum in critical customer engagements.
- Collect and deliver constant feedback to CyberArks product management team to influence product direction and champion your customers voices.

Qualifications :
- Experience in a leadership role preferably in Solutions Engineering is considered an asset.
- Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor. Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- A solid understanding of the broader cybersecurity landscape is a key requirement.
- A strong understanding of the Identity Security market including key trends challenges and the competitive landscape is considered a plus.
- Strong understanding of both private and public sector selling.
- Demonstrated history of coaching and mentoring solutions engineers to enhance their technical experience and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers and partners.
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment; adaptable.
- Travel as needed (<50%)
