Paid Social Manager

Reporting to the Paid Social Director you will create impact within our Paid Social team and Global Paid Media capability. At Jellyfish the Paid Media department consists of team members with expertise in implementing all forms of Paid Social.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Youll manage and be accountable for the daily operations of an account (pacing QA implementing optimisations insightwriting campaign setup and collaborate within other teams and clients
• Demonstrate an understanding of our book of business as it relates to paid social strategy. Collaborate with our client Strategy and Media Planning team in leading media plans and roadmap development.
• Youll establish client relationships and provide valuable insights optimisations and testing opportunities.
• Take an active role in leading weekly team statuses delegating tasks and deadlines to other team members and contributing to internal leadership projects.
• Support team leadership to promote important process implementation.
• Keep ahead of industry trends. Work with the Paid Social Director in sharing best practices and new opportunities with the team.
• Support the development and documentation of best practices for campaign management.

Overall Client Management:

• You will retain and grow client revenue to achieve company and team goals.
• Bring new ideas and solutions to client relationships presenting ongoing meetings.
• Ensure account processes are upheld through rigorous QA and identify areas for improvement.
• Pursue opportunities to work and integrate social with broader planning efforts.

Qualifications :

• Attention to detail during the QA process campaign setup pacing optimisations A/B testing insightwriting and data pulling
• 35 years of executional experience in Paid Social platforms including Meta LinkedIn and TikTok
• Prior experience managing paid ads campaigns across other social media platforms including Snap Pinterest YouTube LINE Kakao Reddit & others is advantageous.
• Prior experience setting up campaigns in Campaign Manager 360 or other ad servers is strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets Slides Docs) and improving workflows is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with leadership of paid media departments together with fellow Directors and VPs ensuring that their individual performance is acceptable and resulting in the achievement of team goals
• Great at structured working habits with the ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
