Job Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Formulate document and execute regional sourcing strategies cost forecasts negotiation plans & execution
Use RFIs/RFPs leveraging and benchmarking to deliver business results and competitive advantage
Analyze suppliers and markets to identify trends opportunities for marketplace advantage and to explore new ideas for products processes and services
Develop and maintain appropriate and productive supplier relationships
Represent Purchasing on crossfunctional teams
Establish and execute pertinent written requirements
Gather information about competitors material technologies supply base sourcing strategies etc. to benchmark competitors costs services etc
Active communication and contribution to global sourcing category community
Qualifications :
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
8 purchasing or related with accountability for actual material cost result or related experience
13 years work experience in cross countries and cross functions experience
46 years in purchasing analytical or commercial project experience
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
People management experience & coaching skill
Key contributor and influencer in stakeholder management
Presentation skill
Resilience selfstarter
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree or above education background.
