Job Description
This is an onsite position.
Were looking for Job Coaches to join our dedicated and passionate team in Davoren Park and Surrounding Suburbs SA.
***NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY***

Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Goaloriented mindset with a focus on achieving sustainable employment outcomes for clients
- Adaptability and flexibility in handling various client needs and situations
- Empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help others succeed
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases for recordkeeping
- Knowledge of local job market trends and employment opportunities in the Burnie area
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles
- Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
