Job Description
AHRC NYC is holding a HIRING EVENT with ON THE SPOT JOB OFFERS! for Multiple positions in their STATEN ISLAND Residences.
DATE & TIME: WEDNESDAY JUNE 4TH from 10AM1PM
LOCATION: Recruiter will provide specific address for qualified candidates.
POSITIONS TO BE FILLED: All positions include full Benefit Package
1. RESIDENTIAL MANAGER: Salary $64500
Qualifications
- Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Required.
- Experience as a supervisor in a residential setting Preferred.
- Knowledge of OPWDD regulations Required.
- Valid NYS or Tri state drivers license for more than one year is Required
- Must be willing to work flexible schedule including one day of each weekend.
2. RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT MANAGERS: Salary $43000 per year plus overtime when warranted and an additional $750.00 per year bonus if driving is required and upon completion and passing of AHRC NYC Defensive Driving class.
Qualifications
- Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Required.
- Experience supervising staff in a residential setting preferred not required.
- Knowledge of OPWDD regulations Required.
- Valid New York or TriState drivers license for more than one year in good standing Required.
3. Direct Support Professional: HireIn Pay Rate $17 per hour increase to $18 per hour after 6 months if in good standing.
Schedule: 3pm11pm or 2pm10pm SHIFT
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work weekends.
- Valid NY or TriState drivers license for more than one year in good standing
- Personal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
- Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills. Patience is a MUST!
