We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with deep expertise in microservices cloudnative design and system modernization. You will lead the architectural direction for complex distributed systems guide crossfunctional teams and ensure robust design aligned with business goals and technical excellence.
Qualifications :
- System Architecture & Design
Define microservices architecture DDD boundaries and service orchestration.
Lead refactoring of synchronous systems into eventdriven architectures (Kafka/JMS).
Apply API Gateway and Service Mesh patterns (Istio/Linkerd) with strong security focus. - CloudNative Implementation
Design Kubernetesnative systems with high resilience and fault tolerance.
Implement service discovery health checks scaling strategies and affinity rules. - Integration & Observability
Architect messaging systems for backpressure and consistency.
Drive observability through metrics distributed tracing and centralized logging (ELK/EFK). - Quality Attributes Ownership
Ensure system performance scalability availability and resilience.
Lead NFR definition and design tradeoff decisions. - Architectural Governance
Maintain ADRs define service contracts conduct design reviews.
Align implementation across teams with standardized architecture principles. - Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate clearly across Dev QA Ops and business teams.
Present architecture decisions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in Java modernization (Spring Boot 3.3)
- Refactoring legacy EJB/SOAP to RESTful microservices
- Understanding of ISO 20022 RTGS instant payments
- Familiarity with IBM middleware alternatives and OpenShift deployments
