Qualifications :
Requirements and Skills:
Master Degree in Business Administration HR Concentration is preferred.
SHRM Certification is a plus.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving and decisionmaking abilities.
Strong ethical compass.
Proficient in MS Office.
Proven 5 years working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
People oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills.
Indepth knowledge of labor law.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
