Job Title: Freelance Recruiter (CommissionBased)

Work Schedule: Flexible
Commission Structure: 20% of Recruitment Fee.
Job Description:
We are looking for an entrylevel freelance recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing qualified CVs based on provided job requirements. No screening or interviews required just find and submit great candidates.
Responsibilities:

Source CVs from job boards LinkedIn and social media.

Match candidates to job descriptions provided.

Submit qualified profiles in a timely manner.

Maintain clear tracking of submitted candidates.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail.

Good research and internet skills.

Reliable internet and a working laptop.

No prior recruitment experience needed training provided.
