With the increasing power density of automotive electronics the development of effective cooling systems is a necessity. One promising solution is to integrate the advantages of twophase flow in meandering geometrical structure. Thus the aim of this thesis is to model a twophase cooling system with 2D simulations and perform a sensitivity analysis of geometrical and operational parameters.
